7:00 PM	Dinner (Arlington Hilton Hotel) Participants sign up for groups of interest (each group must be interdisciplinary and limited in size).
8:00 PM	Workshop orientation (NSF): Remarks by Loretta Jones, Ken Jordan and Neil Stillings Jeffry Madura: Introduction to molecular visualization issues

8:00-9:00 AM	Network access + Continental breakfast
9:00 AM	Setting the stage: Nate Lewis: Perspective from Chemistry Barbara Tversky and David Uttal: Perspective from Cognitive Science Andy Johnson: Perspective from Technology (Each presentation will be followed by discussion.) Break scheduled during this time
12:00 PM	Demonstration Session I
1:00 PM	Buffet lunch, with network and demonstration access
1:30 PM	Interdisciplinary working groups meet.
3:00 PM	Break
3:15 PM	Group reports and discussion
4:30 PM	Demonstration Session II
7:00 PM	Dinner (groups may continue after dinner)

8:00-9:00 AM	Continental breakfast
9:00 AM	Final group sessions. An outline of each group report is prepared and writing tasks assigned.
10:30 AM	Break
10:45 AM	Final report session
12:15 AM	Demonstration session III and buffet lunch
1:30 PM	Workshop participants begin to leave; group leaders and organizers meet to discuss completion of conference goals.
4:00 PM	Vacate NCSA ACCESS Center
