There will be two poster sessions, one on Monday and the other on Wednesday, both running from 4:00 to 6:00 PM. It will be possible to put up posters for the first session Sunday afternoon, leaving them up until 1:00 Tuesday afternoon and to put up posters for the second session as early as Tuesday at 1:00, leaving them up until 1:00 on Thursday.

Each posterboard will be 8'x4'. Presenters should bring tacks for fastening their posters to the boards.
